Daniel Niemeyer
Daniel P. Niemeyer is a founder of the firm of Gallagher
& Niemeyer, LLC where he concentrates his practice in
residential real estate transaction law. A graduate
of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana (1989), he
received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law
(1996). He was previously a sole practitioner in
Clarendon Hills, Illinois where he practiced real estate,
marital dissolution and debtor law. Mr. Niemeyer's
professional affiliations include membership in the
Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, the Illinois
State Bar Association and the Chicago Association of
Realtors.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Daniel is also
active in the community. He is a full-time
Firefighter for the Tri-State Fire Protection District in
Darien, Illinois, a paid-on-call Firefighter for the
Village of Clarendon Hills, Illinois, a Committeeman in
Downers Grove Township, and a member of the DuPage County
Regional Planning Commission.
